Biography

Aizar is Capital Markets Director at JA Del Río.

He has over 11 years of experience in the Auditing and Assurance sector, working with clients both domestically and internationally across diverse industries.

He has led audits for public clients regulated by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), including issuers in Mexico and the United States, in compliance with national and foreign regulatory bodies.

His portfolio of advisory services includes renowned companies such as OMA, Bridgestone, American Tower, WPP Group, and Envases Universales. His international experience includes a two-year period at a Big Four firm in Los Angeles, California, as part of the firm’s Global Implementation Program.

Aizar has acted as advisor to companies with public offerings in Mexico, Latin America, and the United States. He has gained extensive experience providing advisory services to clients in Mexico, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Latin America. He has also led projects involving Big Four firms and Praxity associated companies.
